the gates of the heaven are opened,the gates of Hell are closed
The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, , "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained." [Bukhari]
