--------------
After 19 years of living on the earth, I have 3 relatives that I know died because of kidney failure, diabetes and other disease.

  • My Nenek from my mother's side ( Nenek died at 60-70 of age because of diabetes, she had her right leg cut, and a vision failure )
  • My late grandpa's brother from my Ayah's side( He died of kidney failure )
  • Atuk Bakar, my grandpa from my Ayah's side, ( died of heart attack, he was a smoker )
So, friends, it has been approved and shown by our late grandparents and relatives, it is indeed, care for health is very important to make sure you live healthily, happily and die peacefully, Insyaallah . No matter what kind of disease you are trying to avoid, be sure to avoid ALL type of diseases.

Because Islam taught " Prevention is better than cure or treatment ''

Take care of your diet, because the famous old phrase also says, ''You are what you eat!''
Enjoy your life in a healthy way.
You will see and get the benefits. :)
